The obituary notice of Sara PEARCE

We were very saddened to hear of our friend Sara’s sudden passing. She will be so much missed. Sara was always so kind to our family. She arranged a lovely baby shower tea for me before the birth of my son and kept in regular touch after we moved to Hampshire. Sara was incredibly generous to the children: every Christmas and birthday she sent them the most wonderful cards and presents. I think she must have enjoyed choosing them: they were always so well selected and always a big hit with the children. Sara was a very intelligent lady and always busy - even in retirement. We were so delighted when we learned that she had not only passed her History degree from the University of Bristol this summer, but had been invited to get involved with some University teaching too. Rest in peace, Sara. We will think of you often. Sending our deepest sympathy to Lucy, Caitlin and all Sara’s family and friends. With love from Marie Quinnell and family X
